A natural look
An implant and crown blend in with the teeth around them.
From your first consult to your final crown, your whole implant journey stays with one team who already knows your history.
The difference
Many practices send implant patients from office to office: one place pulls the tooth, another places the implant, a third makes the crown. We do the whole thing here, from extraction to your complete restoration.
That means one team that knows your history, fewer handoffs, and a plan that stays consistent from start to finish. Your care runs from your first consult all the way to your final smile, with any of our doctors.
Our doctors are trained internationally in advanced implant techniques, so even complex cases can stay in-house instead of being referred out. If a case ever calls for a specialist's hands, we will tell you plainly and help coordinate that referral, because your outcome matters more than keeping the work here.
The process
We map out your case using 3D imaging, then plan placement around your bone, your bite, and your goals.
A small titanium post is set into the jaw to act as the new root. If you have been evaluated and qualify for sedation with Dr. Lemmon ahead of time, it can be part of this step.
Over about six to twelve weeks, the post fuses with the bone to form a stable foundation.
A custom crown is attached to the post with an abutment, matched to your natural teeth.
Why implants
An implant and crown blend in with the teeth around them.
A permanent solution designed to hold up for the long run.
Improved speech and comfort compared with gaps or loose dentures.
Fewer restrictions on what you can comfortably chew.
Helps protect the bone and the teeth next to the gap.
A restored smile you do not have to think about.
Same-day extractions and placement
For the right cases, we can perform a same-day extraction with immediate implant placement, so you leave with the groundwork already done. Sedation works on its own timeline: Dr. Lemmon evaluates every patient in advance, and nitrous, oral, or IV conscious sedation is only ever added once that evaluation says you qualify. It is not something we add on the day of your procedure. Because some health conditions can make sedation unsafe, we take that extra step first, so anxious patients can rest easy knowing it was done carefully.
If a broken tooth or a failed crown has turned into an emergency, same-day and next-day appointments are open at both our Foothills and Yuma offices, and you can request one online any time, even after hours.
We will look at your case honestly and walk you through your real options, no pressure.
