Having undergone complex dental treatments his entire life, Dr. Lines understands firsthand the value of comfort, charisma, and esthetic dentistry. That experience shapes an approach that's as much emotional as it is physical. Alongside his esthetic work, he places implants, performs oral surgery, and handles Clear Aligners, root canals, and crowns for patients across the practice.

A Yuma native, Dr. Lines graduated dental school in 2018, then served as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force and completed an Air Force AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) program before moving back home to become a co-owner of Picacho Dental. His wife Lisa and their eight children have supported him every step of the way.

His time in dental school was marked with distinction, earning multiple clinical dentistry awards for his esthetic eye and friendly personality. He offers a relaxing, easygoing approach to an experience that can be nerve-wracking for some, and is known by many patients as the dentist “who is always singing.” As a veteran, Dr. Lines values the sacrifices of people doing extraordinary work, and he's grateful to be back in his hometown after 13 years away pursuing his education and serving in the military.

A Sacramento, California native, Dr. Madsen earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and to making sure every patient feels comfortable and well informed at each visit.

Dr. Madsen enjoys the full scope of general dentistry and welcomes new patients as well as those in need of same-day emergency care. His goal is to help every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile, and he believes the best outcomes grow out of relationships built on trust.

Outside the office, Dr. Madsen enjoys playing and watching sports, snowboarding, coaching soccer, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. He looks forward to serving the community and helping patients keep their smiles healthy for years to come.
